Accurate Grading
Each Conger's Diamond comes with an appraisal identifying the grade of the diamond. We guarantee our appraisal reports provide accurate grading information. If you feel your Conger's Diamond grading is not accurate, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Should the diamond purchased be graded by any of the following independent gemological laboratories (GIA, AGS, HRD, IGI, EGL, GemScan, Harold Weinstein Ltd.), and the grade of the stone disputed, we will exchange, refund or adjust the price of the Conger's Diamond in question.
Free Appraisals
Every Conger's Diamond Ring is sold with a complimentary jewellery appraisal. It includes a full description of the ring, a photograph and the current replacement value. It is needed to purchase adequate insurance on your ring. We will re-appraise your ring every three years - free of charge.
Free Ring Cleaning and Polishing
From time to time you may have a special occasion and want your diamond ring to look its best. We provide a free service of cleaning and polishing for as long as you own your Conger's Diamond Ring.
