You may want to have us simply check and polish your diamond ring to bring back the original shine, or you could have the claws re-tipped to be sure your diamond does not fall out of a mounting (recommended after 7-10 years of wear).

We would be happy to examine your item of jewellery and estimate the cost of repair at no charge. Because every job is a little different, we cannot offer prices over unless we see the item.
